IMPORTANT TIP: The difference between the Dorado Black and the Carina Black is the headband. The Dorado has a comfort strap with an adjustable Velcro, while the Carina has an open back.

In LOVE w/ this visor!

Absolutely love this visor! It’s become a daily essential for me…whether I’m walking outside or driving, it gives great sun protection without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. The coverage is amazing and really helps protect my skin, especially my face, from harsh sunlight. It’s lightweight, stylish, and super easy to wear. Also love that I can put the shield fully down for max protection or up like a regular hat. Highly recommend if you spend a lot of time outdoors!

Doesn't solve the headband squeezing issue

I really wanted this new version to solve my issues with the last version. The last version had a hard headband that fit my head ok but I found the sides were too narrow and it never stretch out and would be really tight around the sides of my head that eventually gave me a head ached after a short wear. Mind you I have a small head and wear small hats. I was hoping this new version would solve this issue since it was adjustable. Although the visor shield is better since wider so covers the temples better, the head band around the head is even worse than the last version. It's still plastic and now instead of hurting the sides of my head it squeezes the front of my head because the visor clipped on the sides makes it want to push out sides of the head band, smashing the front of the headband into my forehead. No matter how much I loosen or tighten it, it gives me a headache in even shorter amount of time. I'm going to try to blowdry to heat plastic headband to get it to shape better but i suspect that since the shield is wider it just pulls the sides of the visor out even further since the shied is just a flat piece. I love the visor but you will not be able to wear it for longer then 10-15 min before it starts to hurt your forehead.
